Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates: A flat domestic rate is calculated at checkout based on order size. Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $300. International rates vary by destination and weight; the exact total is shown before payment.
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days (domestic) or 21+ business days (international), email us and we'll investigate or reship.
Address accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages misdelivered due to incorrect addresses — please double-check before submitting your order.
Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that does not meet our stated purity standards, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
Eligible for Return:
- Damaged or defective products
- Products not matching Certificate of Analysis
- Shipping damage or lost packages
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products improperly stored by the customer
- Orders placed in error (contact us immediately)
To initiate a return, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

Research Use Agreement

Age Requirement

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Contact support immediately if you need to modify an order.
