1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from PX-Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by PX-Labs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and pre-clinical study. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher and will handle products in accordance with applicable laws, institutional protocols, and accepted laboratory safety practices.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21 in some jurisdictions) and legally able to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect intended misuse.
4. Product Information & Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and Certificates of Analysis accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders. Prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice.
5. Orders, Payment & Cancellation
Orders are accepted upon successful payment confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other major cards via secure invoice link. Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement; after this window orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be cancelled and reported.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. See our Shipping page for details.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored products. Defective items, shipping damage, or products not meeting their Certificate of Analysis are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant suitability for any application beyond laboratory research.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PX-Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our products or this site. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PX-Labs, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Intellectual Property
All site content — including logos, text, graphics, product photos, and code — is the property of PX-Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
