Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to 28 common questions about PX-Labs research peptides — purity, storage, ordering, international shipping, wholesale, and company information. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research.
Products & Purity
- What does "for research use only" mean?
- All PX-Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and PX-Labs is a chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy. By ordering, you confirm the materials will be handled by qualified individuals in an appropriate research setting.
- What purity standard do PX-Labs compounds meet?
- Every compound is tested to ≥98% purity by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Purity verification is part of our standard process for each batch rather than an occasional spot check.
- Are the products third-party tested?
- Yes. Testing is performed by independent laboratories so that purity and identity are verified outside of PX-Labs. This keeps the results impartial.
- How can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my product?
- COAs are available on request. Reach out to support with your product and batch and we'll provide the corresponding report.
- What information does a COA contain?
- A typical Certificate of Analysis reports the compound identity, the measured purity percentage, the analytical method used (such as HPLC and, where relevant, mass spectrometry), and the batch it corresponds to.
- Are your peptides lyophilized?
- Yes. Peptides are supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, which is the standard stable form for research peptides prior to reconstitution.
- What is the difference between your blends like Wolverine, GLOW, and KLOW?
- These are multi-compound research blends. Wolverine combines BPC-157 and TB-500; GLOW combines BPC-157, GHK-Cu, and TB-500; KLOW adds KPV to that combination. Each product page lists the exact compounds and amounts in the blend.
- What is bacteriostatic water and why would a researcher need it?
- Bacteriostatic water is a sterile diluent used to reconstitute lyophilized research peptides. PX-Labs offers it as an accessory because it's commonly required alongside the compounds.
Storage & Handling
- How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
- In their sealed, freeze-dried state, research peptides are generally kept refrigerated and protected from light and moisture. For longer-term storage, many labs hold lyophilized material in a freezer.
- How should peptides be stored after reconstitution?
- Once reconstituted, peptide solutions are typically refrigerated and protected from light, and are less stable than the lyophilized form. General laboratory handling practices apply.
- How long do lyophilized peptides remain stable?
- Properly stored lyophilized peptides are generally stable for an extended period — often many months to a couple of years depending on the compound and storage conditions. Reconstituted solutions have a much shorter usable window.
- Does light or heat affect the compounds?
- Yes. Like most research peptides, prolonged exposure to heat, light, and repeated temperature cycling can degrade the material, which is why cool, dark, stable storage is the norm.
Ordering & Payment
- Do I need an account to place an order?
- You can browse without an account, but creating one lets you track orders, view your order history, and reorder more quickly.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Orders are paid by card through a secure checkout. Payment is processed through a secure third-party processor and card details are never handled directly by the site.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Once an order ships you'll receive a notification with tracking, and tracking is also available in your account order history.
- Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
- If an order hasn't yet been processed for fulfillment, contact support as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
- What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Contact support with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve a damaged or incorrect order.
- Do you offer reshipment or support if a package has a problem?
- Yes — reach out to support with your order details and we'll help resolve delivery or fulfillment problems on a case-by-case basis.
International Orders
- Does PX-Labs ship internationally?
- Yes, PX-Labs ships to many countries. International pricing and shipping options are applied automatically at checkout based on your destination.
- Is pricing different for international orders?
- Yes. International orders carry adjusted pricing and shipping rates, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete the order.
- Am I responsible for customs or import requirements?
- International researchers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import rules and requirements that apply in their own country.
Wholesale & B2B
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
- Yes. PX-Labs offers wholesale and bulk pricing for qualifying buyers. See the wholesale page or contact us about B2B arrangements.
- Who is wholesale pricing intended for?
- Wholesale tiers are aimed at research organizations, resellers, and high-volume buyers. Volume discounts scale with order size.
- Do you have a partner or affiliate program?
- Yes — PX-Labs runs a partner program. Details and sign-up are available through the partners page.
Company & Compliance
- Where is PX-Labs based and where do orders ship from?
- PX-Labs operates out of Tampa, Florida, and orders ship from there.
- Is PX-Labs a pharmacy?
- No. PX-Labs is a research chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or healthcare provider. Products are supplied for laboratory research only.
- How do I contact PX-Labs?
- You can reach the team through the contact page. For order-specific questions, include your order number so support can help faster.
- Can PX-Labs advise on how to use a compound?
