How the wholesale program works

PX-Labs runs a direct wholesale program for buyers who order research peptides in volume. Pricing, lead time, and packaging on a wholesale account are tailored to the buyer profile — a research lab placing a recurring monthly order has a different setup than a reseller stocking a catalog, and both are different from a one-off bulk research procurement. The program is not a discount tier on the public site; it’s a separate arrangement with a single point of contact, a quoted price sheet, and a shipping cadence that matches how the buyer actually consumes inventory.

Who wholesale is for

We work with three kinds of buyers on wholesale arrangements: research organizations sourcing peptides for ongoing studies, resellers and distributors building a catalog of research compounds, and individual high-volume researchers running long-running projects across multiple compounds. Each profile gets a slightly different setup — recurring orders for research orgs, catalog pricing for resellers, project-scoped bundles for individual researchers. All compounds remain strictly for laboratory and scientific research; the wholesale program does not change the research-use-only scope.

Volume tiers and how pricing works

The retail per-vial price on the public site applies to one-off orders of any size. Wholesale pricing is a separate, quoted structure that becomes meaningful once orders cross the 50-unit threshold per shipment or a recurring monthly commitment is in place. Volume discounts scale with order size and frequency — a single 50-unit order will be priced differently than a quarterly 200-unit recurring order, even if the per-shipment count is similar. Quotes are sent as a written price sheet listing each product, per-unit wholesale price, and any bundle pricing that applies; the sheet is valid for 30 days from issue. We don’t publish the tier table because the structure is buyer-specific.

How to apply and what to send

To open a wholesale conversation, email support@px-labs.org with three pieces of information: typical order volume (per shipment and per month, if known), the product mix you expect to buy, and the shipping destination. If you’re a research organization or reseller, a one-line description of how the compounds will be used in your operation helps us route to the right contact internally. We reply with either a draft price sheet, a follow-up question if we need more context, or a direct introduction to the team member who will own your account — typically within one business day.

Turnaround & logistics

First wholesale shipments typically dispatch within 3 business days of order confirmation, faster on recurring arrangements where inventory is held against the account. All orders ship from Tampa, Florida via tracked carrier — DHL Express for international, USPS Priority for domestic. Cold-chain or temperature-stable packaging is included by default for international shipments; domestic shipments use the same packaging on request. Tracking is shared as soon as the carrier scans the package. We don’t use a fulfillment middleman, so any post-ship issue (lost in transit, customs hold, damaged on arrival) goes to the same email thread that started the order.

What’s included on a wholesale account

A wholesale account gets a written price sheet, a dedicated email contact who handles the account end to end, optional Net-30 terms once two clean orders have been completed, recurring-order scheduling against a held inventory pool, and Certificates of Analysis pulled automatically per batch shipped. Every compound on the public catalog is in scope, including blends like Wolverine, GLOW, and KLOW. The research-use-only framing applies throughout: PX-Labs supplies compounds for laboratory and scientific research, does not provide usage or dosing guidance, and is a research chemical supplier rather than a compounding pharmacy.
